Description

Rhododendron roxieanum var. roxieanum This is the “typical” form of this variable species, with leaves intermediate in width between the wide var. cucullatum and the very narrow var. oreonastes. The foliage is typical of the plant usually sold in the trade as “globigerum”. Glossy, deep green leaves on a very slow-growing plant. One of the finest foliage plants in the genus. This clone is one of the first plants accessioned into the RSF collection. (-15R23) RSBG#1964/059
