Description
Gaultheria species nova (?) SEH#29002. This is an evergreen shrubby species with very glossy and deeply bullate foliage – a very beautiful foliage plant with typical flowers and fruit for this widespread genus. This may well be a new species as it was found in an area of Asia that has been little explored by botanists and it does not key out to any known species from that region. The reddish new growth is another ornamental feature. NOTE This still unknown taxon was formerly offered as Vaccinium yaoshanicum affinity. (0?) RSBG $14.00-B
