Description
Rhododendron semibarbatum An unusual deciduous species with small hairy and shiny leaves. Native to the montane forests of Japan. The small white flowers with red spots hang beneath the leaves in early summer. Great fall foliage color. Most people would struggle to recognize this as a rhododendron – it is that different in appearance. (15R14) RSBG
