Description
Schefflera minutistellata CGG#14164 This is basically a giant aralia shrub or small tree with large, evergreen palmate foliage. Each leaf (a set of several large leaflets) should be anywhere from one to two feet across. Umbels of small flowers followed by blue-black berries. Many species in this magnificent genus are turning out to be much hardier in our climate than expected. A real collector's item that forms a small tree up to 20 or more feet in height. A rarely offered genus. From seed collected in the wild, first introduction into cultivation. (+5?) RSBG#147sd2010
