Description
___ Ribes davidii SEH#109 Prostrate evergreen shrublets with deeply toothed, glossy leaves with a thick texture. This plant spreads very slowly by underground runners to form a dense small-scale groundcover (about three feet across in five years). The small green-yellow flowers in spring are followed by greenish “gooseberries” in late summer. A newly introduced ornamental shrub which has drawn rave reviews from those who have grown it. Best in light shade but sun tolerant with irrigation. Perfect with and under rhododendrons. (0) RSBG $18.00
