Description

Stunning two-toned purple flowers in tight trusses grace this remarkable evergreen cultivar. The upper petal of each flower is nearly covered by a large deep-purple blotch and long white stamen protrude from the center. The overall appearance is almost orchid-like. Plants grow to 5′ tall and wide. A cross of R. ‘Marchioness of Lansdowne’ and R. ‘Lee’s Dark Purple’. Full to part sun. Best with afternoon shade, even moisture, and well-drained acidic soil.
