Description

Relatively small, though still sizable (2-4' tall and wide), this is among the most compact Rodgersia you will find. A striking foliage plant, the narrow leaflets (to 8") are sharply toothed with deeply impressed veins. The flower stalks are topped by loose panicles of cream-white to pink flowers, airy and like a large Astilbe. Like other Rodgersia, this spreads by rhizome and can form a dense colony over time. Needs consistently moist soil. Full sun to full shade. Deciduous.
