Rhododendron stewartianum BE#1511 An early spring blooming species with bell-shaped white to pink, red or yellow flowers. Grown from seed collected in the wild in a newly explored region. Similar to the closely related eclecteum but the smaller leaves have a thin indumentum beneath. Forms a rounded shrub and among the first species to flower each spring. (0R13) RSBG#216sd2015
